Hybrid Senior Manager of Creative Strategy (JR. Art Director role)

Our client, a lifestyle accessories brand, is hiring a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy (JR. Art Director role) to join their team in NYC on a hybrid role (4 days in office). Candidates must have experience in the fashion or beauty industry and should be prepared to provide a portfolio upon request.

Job Duties Include:

• Partner with leaders to implement innovative creative strategies aligned with overall marketing, goals, and brand positioning
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and within assigned budget
• Oversee the creative process from concept to completion across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure creative outputs maintain brand consistency and adhere to guidelines
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports and recommendations for optimization
• Assist in leading in the creative space including designers, copywriters, content creators, etc.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Mater’s degree is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in a creative role, with 1+ years in a leadership position
• 2+ years of retail experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and the creative process
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the creative industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent creative vision and ability to translate ideas into content
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Salary: $85k - $100k annually
