IT Business Analyst & Execution Lead

Logisitics:

The ideal resource has 5+ years of experience as a BA at an enterprise organization, can start ASAP, with the assignment duration lasting 6+ months. We’re looking for a full-time resource for 40 hours/week to be onsite at our clients downtown Indianapolis office.

Ideal qualifications:

1. Technology Knowledge: Experience with Veeva Vault products (Vault Clinical or CRM) and/or SIP is highly preferred.
2. Requirement Elicitation: Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements using techniques such as interviews and workshops.
3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and team members.
4. User Story Writing: Ability to write clear and concise user stories.
5. Product Backlog Management: Experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
6. Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with stakeholders.
7. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and reviews.
8. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
9. Testing and QA: Understanding of software testing principles and collaboration with QA teams.
10. Customer Focus: Committed to understanding and meeting customer needs.
