IT Specialist - Remote | WFH

We're seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring our technology runs smoothly,

allowing us to provide exceptional care to our patients.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with colleagues to manage and administer servers and networks.

Assist with project implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support for hardware and software systems.

Provide technical support for our clinical software.

Implement and maintain best practices for network security.

Troubleshoot technical issues independently and demonstrate strong analytical thinking.

Document technical procedures clearly and concisely.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus).

1-2 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software.

2+ years of customer service experience with a focus on providing exceptional service.

Proficiency in Windows Server Domain Administration, Active Directory & Group Policy, and Remote Desktop Services.

Basic networking knowledge (switching, routing, firewalls) is a must.

Experience with M365 User administration, VMware & SAN environments, wireless technology, VOIP, and backup & continuity solutions is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with a diverse team.
