Jr. Digital Illustrator/Packaging Designer

We work with companies of all sizes to produce custom-branded graphics, digital marketing assets, product packaging, stickers, and other custom merchandise. This position offers onsite training in a high-volume, award-winning design agency. Job Details: Full-Time: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm. Starting Pay: $22/hour. Position Responsibilities: Employ AI tools to streamline the packaging design workflow, incorporating automated features for efficient design iteration and production. Create custom typefaces, vector graphics, and illustrations for client logos, labels, packaging products, and other branding materials. Set up spot printing plates for print embellishing. Resize and reformat provided artwork to ensure high quality, print ready files. Sketch, draft, and size custom die-lines based on client specifications. Proof digital and physical product samples before mass production. Engage with clients during acquisition, design planning, and sales. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively at a high level of creative execution. Use internal task management software to track and maintain data for each order. Related duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in packaging design, graphic design, or related field. 2+ years of professional print design experience. Attention to detail is a must. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Expertise in AI Design Software such as Dall-E, Midjourney or comparable program. Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Photoshop or other similar programs.
