Leasing Associate - (Part-Time)

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc., in Tulare, CA!

Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic workforce in the Central Valley! Great base-pay, eligible for monthly lease/renewal bonus!

Position: Part-Time Leasing Associate

Location: Valley Oaks, our 163-unit residential community in Tulare, CA, 93274

Hours: Schedule- 30 hours per week, Tuesday thru Saturday 8am to 3pm. 1 hour lunch-break daily. Schedule will be discussed during interview process and may be flexible.

Key Qualifications:

• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred.
• Yardi experience preferred
• 1 to 30 years of multi-family property leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills.
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience
• Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred.
• Skills & Certifications:
• Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and customer focus
• Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
• Attention to detail/follow-up technique.
• Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
• Problem-solving skills and reliability
• Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
• Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment.
