Legal Intern (Summer, 2024)

This position will report to and work closely with our General Counsel to assist with legal research and various legal projects. Will review, define, create, and edit legal documents and contracts, including, but not limited to, internal policies and procedures, vendor and customer agreements, NDAs, financing agreements, franchise agreements, demands, legal pleadings, etc. This role has the potential to assist with asset and real estate acquisition transactions in Florida and other states within our territory. Will conduct research and create a “State Matrix” summarizing all statutory requirements and the process for the collection and foreclosure of vehicle repair liens in the jurisdictions where we do business. Interns gain practical in-house experience. Rising 2L, 3L, and LLM students are preferred.

Compensation $20 - $25 / hour depending on experience
