Library Specialist

Williams Metcalf Interiors is an interior design firm located in Park City, Utah and Hanover, New Hampshire. We work with a broad range of residential clients on projects including new home design, renovations and updating existing interiors. We are looking for a Library Specialist who will be responsible for keeping our sample library up-to-date and organized. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, personable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.

This is a part-time job averaging 15 hours a week offering a flexible schedule and hourly wage.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Receive and sort all new fabrics and wallpapers into library

· Continually check all samples for discontinued patterns

· Maintain and update all samples from vendors

· Self-starter who catches on quickly and takes initiative

· Team player who takes responsibility without excuses

· Pet-friendly since there are three dogs in the office most days
