We're a fully remote team working across 35+ countries. You'll be joining a passionate team whose resumes include Canva, Figma, GitLab, Google, InVision, Typeform and Zendesk.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and optimizes the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage all aspects of email campaigns, from concept to execution, including segmentation, design, and content creation.
  • Support current Iterable instance: Assist in navigating and optimizing our current Iterable instance to streamline project prioritization and enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on enhancing engagement and net new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Operations (MOPS), to ensure seamless execution and integration of campaigns into the overall marketing calendar and timely delivery of milestones to optimize the database..
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, analyzing key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Innovate and implement testing strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness of email communications.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, regulations, and laws.
  • Manage and update the marketing calendar, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • You have a proven track record of success with 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in leading lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Iterable is preferred, but overall knowledge of managing and optimizing current workflows in marketing CRM is acceptable. Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) and Outreach is advantageous to enhance overall CRM functionality.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to continually learn and grow, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
  • Aid PMM in product updates and announcements orchestrating marketing lifecycle flows to maximize their impact and reach.
  • Global Asynchronous Communication: Facilitate effective communication within a global team, emphasizing asynchronous methods. Availability from 7AM PST-10AM PST for stakeholder meetings is essential.

  • Improve Lifecycle Efficiency: Collaborate with MOPS to streamline and enhance email campaign processes, reducing time-to-market and improving the efficiency of our marketing efforts, thereby maximizing ROI on marketing spend.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimizing the email marketing funnel, contributing to direct revenue growth through targeted campaigns that effectively move leads to conversion.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Develop and refine email segmentation strategies to increase engagement metrics across all stages of the customer journey, aiming for higher open rates, click-through rates, and overall interaction with our brand
