Salary Range: $72,000 base plus bonuses

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Servicing Manager to oversee our loan servicing operations. In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for managing the entire loan lifecycle, from origination to payoff. You'll ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies, while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of loan servicing specialists and customer service agents
• Oversee daily loan servicing activities, including payment processing, write-offs, repossessions and delinquency management
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize loan performance and minimize losses
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices
• Analyze loan portfolio data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
• 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, preferably in the automotive finance industry
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Strong knowledge of loan servicing regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with loan servicing software systems
• Experience with collections and recovery strategies
• Knowledge of automotive finance products and services
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
