The Opportunity
Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Maintenance Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to maintenance supervisors and technicians to ensure work orders are completed promptly and efficiently.
How You'll Make a Difference
Provide administrative support for CMMS to the maintenance team, including creating and managing existing store profiles, troubleshooting and supporting front-line maintenance technicians, and adding and maintaining new Maintenance Vendor accounts as needed.
Clear, concise communication with the internal maintenance team, service center managers, external vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for Maintenance Technician vehicle GPS and Training systems.
Track capital project costs, communicate schedules to operations stakeholders and follow up to ensure timely vendor invoicing and payments.\
Attend facilities/maintenance meetings, take notes, share recaps, and provide follow-up communication as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Associate’s degree - Accounting and/or Business required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in a facilities maintenance environment, including working knowledge of CMMS, knowledge of service center equipment, and communication skills in a matrixed organization
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage workflow with focus on priorities and deadlines
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with internal and external resources.
Dependable, self-sufficient, and reliable
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
