Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing processes, projects, or functions.
  • Evaluate manufacturing outcomes and implement continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and the introduction of new equipment/processes.
  • Conduct equipment troubleshooting for pneumatic, air & power, mechanical, and electrical (robotics) systems.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision as an individual contributor.
  • Apply professional expertise and judgment to solve engineering challenges.
  • Understand and apply procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline.
  • Make judgments based on practice and previous experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical knowledge in engineering or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and apply professional judgment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to make decisions based on practice and previous experience.


Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD.
