Role: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Location: Midland, GA

Description
Must have experience in Aerospace components & Good understanding of Aerospace Product development, Manufacturing Process.
Proficient in problem solving & troubleshooting, root causes analysis and solution through lean tools, PDCA,5S, QC tools, VSM & Tool Cost reduction.
Preparing the Station wise Standard work instruction & WBS creation
Ensuring process improvements, compliance and participating in technical discussions to review technical documents.
Proficient in IE activities like time study, Line balancing, Layout design, manpower planning etc
Able to train the operator based on work instruction creation
Collect data at the bottlenecks, compile data, complete analysis.
Execute projects to mitigate or resolve bottlenecks and drive projects to completion.
