Position Summary

This is a part-time (20 hours per week), paid (hourly) internship opportunity. Ferrilli is willing to accommodate your school schedule to ensure a meaningful experience. By the end of this internship, the candidate will have gained experience and proficiency in the following areas:

  • Social Media & Community Marketing: Assist with content creation, posting, and scheduling; contribute to social media marketing strategy.
  • Event Marketing: Help plan, set up, create content, and brand Ferrilli’s in-person and online industry events.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with building emails, sending them, setting up campaign automation, and reporting.
  • CMS Management: Support content management of the Ferrilli website (WordPress).
  • Database Management: Assist with building, cleaning, and segmenting marketing lists.
  • Digital Marketing: Gain experience in various digital marketing strategies and channels, including PPC and SEO.

The candidate will gain experience and familiarity with the following systems:

  • Pardot Marketing Automation System
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Canva Design Tool
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • WordPress CMS
  • Social media business accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • And more

Responsibilities

  • Utilize research and marketing skills to brainstorm and create content that enhances brand awareness.
  • Develop and produce written and visual content for distribution across various channels and formats (print, web, social, email, video).
  • Interview key stakeholders and write copy for campaigns, social posts, and news stories.
  • Benchmark campaigns and content against market peers.
  • Prepare background information on higher education technology-related topics.
  • Assist in creating information and presentations using PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
  • Hands-on technical or functional experience through formal education, internships, or real-world experience.
  • Strong MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.
  • Self-motivation and proactivity in overcoming obstacles, advancing projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team, across departments, and influence others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm in problem-solving.

This position is part-time (20 hours a week) and will require you to be onsite during this time in Haddonfield.
