Our team is available 24/7 with two full maintenance hangars, our 22,000 sq. ft. facility here in Boca Raton and our 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Opa Locka. Both are equipped with highly skilled technicians and the tooling necessary to deliver quality, cost effective service. We service Challenger, Eclipse, Falcon, Gulfstream, Hawker, and Learjet aircraft.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the placement of purchase orders, coordinating delivery schedules, insuring a quality product, negotiation of pricing for materials and services, fulfillment of parts orders, maintaining tool control, preparing parts for shipping and/or receiving incoming shipments utilizing subordinate personnel and company. Purchase materials required by the facility. Stock supply vending machine. Track and organize calibration certificates and data entry into Corridor as well as a back-up Excel file. Set up on site calibration / send items to calibration facility for calibration outside of bi-annual calibration cycle Organize tooling, make sure all tooling is in proper condition, set up tooling repairs as required. Set up repair and overhaul with appropriate facilities. Monitor cost/profit of parts, freight, and all related materials. Handle all issues related with uniforms. Prepare outside sales quotes, sales orders, and invoicing.


Qualifications

Three (3) years prior experience in aviation materials, shipping, receiving or warehousing preferred. Advanced knowledge of materials, shipping, receiving or warehousing, plus the demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others. Proven ability to manage independent projects and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
