The HIM Medical Transcriptionist is responsible for transcribing and/or editing medical/surgical/diagnostic reports dictated by all physician's specialties for services provided at all NHC facilities following policies/procedures defined to ensure integrity of Electronic Medical Record, meeting established standards for productivity and quality.

Required:
One year as a medical transcriptionist
