Job Description:
As a Multimedia Designer at RPG Brands, you will be a key player in developing visually appealing and captivating content across various media platforms, including seasonal and brand campaigns, digital advertising, email marketing, and online marketing materials. You will also create long and short-form videos and capture and edit high-quality photos for technical documents and marketing purposes. Your expertise in graphic design will be essential in ensuring that all visual content adheres to our brand standards and effectively conveys our message.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
Capture high-quality images for marketing materials, website, and social media.
Edit and optimize photos for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Ensure photos meet the required technical standards and specifications.
Maintain and manage a photo library for easy access and organization.
Video Production:
Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging long-form and short-form videos for various platforms (e.g., website, social media, explainer videos).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand video content needs and objectives.
Handle video shooting, editing, and post-production processes.
Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
Graphic Design:
Design visually appealing graphics for videos, websites, digital and print media, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and designs in line with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to create compelling visual content.
Maintain consistency in design across all visual content.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, photography, and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
Excellent photo and video editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Demonstrated experience and success in cross-collaboration and working as part of a team.
