The Blade has an opening for a full-time Night City Editor to join our award winning newsroom
Duties: Primary position responsibilities include editing, directing reporters, and responding to breaking news. Role requires the ability to multi-task and be able to watch multi-platforms to ensure the newsroom is responding to happenings in a timely fashion. The position will include some reporting as well. Nights and weekends should be expected.
Qualifications: Must have past newspaper editing experience and good news judgment. The editor should be a team-player, who is able to both direct writers and write as needed. College degree required.
