Requirements
Utah Registered Nurse (RN) license
Valid UT Driver's License and UT Auto Insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Job Responsibilities
As an RN Case Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of medical care for injured employees. This includes collaborating with a treatment team to ensure optimal care, liaising with insurance adjusters, attorneys, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate medical appointments and hospital visits
Coordinate medical equipment and home modifications
Arrange necessary services and products
Work remotely and travel locally as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
Salary And Benefits
Minimum 1 year of case management experience (Preferred)
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, with bonus potential
