Operations Associate

Our client, a Boutique Wealth Management firm is actively looking for an Operations Analyst to assist their growing team! This team is close-knit, takes vacations away together once a year to tropical locations, and pays 100% of employee healthcare!

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of financial operations in a professional financial services or wealth management environment
• Strong software skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelity system, eMoney, Morningstar 
• Organization skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Must be enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and works well with colleagues
• Excellent communication, writing, judgement and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
• Knowledge of wealth management
• Interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
• An aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities
• Being coachable and collaborative

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and speak with clients on daily basis
• Utilize planning tools and capabilities to uncover opportunities and assist advisors in creating comprehensive financial plans and portfolios
• Oversee the proposal desk workflow
• Administrative duties – money movements, paperwork
• Help to execute trade requests
• Assist in compliance requirements and reporting
• Work with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software to support advisors and clients by crafting quality reports, data, and information
