Role Summary

ConcertAI is a leading provider of commercial solutions for the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team in Plymouth Meeting, PA. As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the data aggregation department in the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and coordination of data aggregation projects
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary data and information
  • Conduct quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the data aggregation process
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience in the Pharma industry preferred, but not required
  • Experience in customer service/client-facing role preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with Jira, SQL, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data aggregation and analysis is a plus
