Pablove is headquartered in Los Angeles and teaches photography to kids (virtual and in-person) nationwide through our Pablove Shutterbugs program. Our small research program funds cutting-edge pediatric cancer researchers.


Title: DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR | OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Reports to: DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR


SUMMARY: The Development | Operations Coordinator will support development and outreach, including fundraising campaigns and programmatic activities. This position is a hybrid role. In addition to working and attending team meetings in person, staff will be invited to attend donor cultivation in the field. This is a nonexempt hourly full-time position. Coordinators can expect to to work up to 40 hours per week. Additional in-person time may be required based on organizational needs and events. Based on experience, compensation ranges from $23 - 25 per hour.


RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have the following development and operation responsibilities, including but not limited to:


Development: Provide support for the Director of Development and team by leading data entry and record keeping capturing donation and cultivation activities:

  • Scan and enter checks and other data to Salesforce, including from other giving platforms (e.g. Venmo, Paypal, Stripe).
  • Run Salesforce and other donor database reports to support donor cultivation tasks
  • Attend Development Staff meetings and support special events and campaigns. This may include taking ownership of campaigns.
  • Serve as POC for mail and ensure necessary materials and supplies are available. This may include in-house printing or shipping materials as needed.
  • Seek opportunities to be out and about and grow our communities to share our mission and grow partnerships. Contribute to networking and social engagement, with the end goal of enhancing our fundraising initiatives and securing new donors, corporate sponsors, and other supporters
  • Run logistical errands and retrieve items from storage spaces as needed
  • Support all fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Development Director which could include working one on one with donors.


Admin Support:

  • Anticipate and complete administrative tasks as assigned
  • Complete data entry tasks and reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports, which includes looking up, verifying, and distributing information
  • Oversee organization of off-site storage space including the need to physically move boxes and materials
  • Other tasks as assigned


DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • 2 years experience in an office environment with proficient computer skills and knowledge of Mac, G Suite, MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while keeping track of details while shifting gears and staying organized
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Team Player- You are reliable, with the ability to anticipate and follow through with diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive nature and savvy trouble-shooter with a willingness to tackle a diverse array of technology and software.
  • Ability to lift 10-20 lbs when needed for our events, storage and inventory needs.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary commensurate with experience with a benefits package, including medical, dental, vision. The hourly rate is $23 - 25 per hour based on experience. The organization pays for 11 annual holidays.
