Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, improve
  
  

efficiency, and meet production targets.

• Provide leadership and direction to the inventory, production, and quality teams, fostering a
  
  

culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution
  
  

of materials and finished goods.

• Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution to meet customer demand while
  
  

minimizing inventory levels and production costs.

• Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures to ensure the highest level
  
  

of product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity
  
  

improvement, implementing initiatives to drive operational excellence.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and
  
  

components at the required quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all
  
  

employees.

• Own successful execution and delivery of assigned projects for the organization in a variety
  
  

of assignments.

• Solve problems and provide updates to upper management.
• Manage performance by coaching, counseling, training and developing employee skills while
  
  

enhancing your own.

• Assist with the tracking of internal and external defects and provide coaching accordingly.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Participate in special project work, such as (but not limited to) sales trend analysis, product
  
  

testing, quality assurance, lean and continuous improvements.

• Work closely with individuals with disabilities, adapting communication and management
  
  

styles as necessary to accommodate their needs and foster an inclusive work environment.

Operations Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in
  
  

a similar industry.

• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving operational
  
  

excellence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
  
  

effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Well-developed time management and multitasking skills.
• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points
  
  

being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat,
  
  

especially excel.

• Basic knowledge of mathematics.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system standard
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Proficiency with Therefore, Monday, and Fishbowl Inventory Software preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, or Vietnamese.

SALARY: $33.65-$52.88 per hour DOE
