Manager, Organizational Development – Talent Resourcing

The Organizational Development Specialist, Learning and Development, is responsible for enhancing the organization's performance and productivity by implementing strategic learning and development initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs, as well as fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.

Program Design and Delivery:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.

Performance Improvement:

  • Collaborate with managers and HR to develop performance improvement plans and career development programs.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Support the training and administration of the performance management cycle.

Change Management:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver change management training and communication strategies.

Evaluation and Metrics:

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure outcomes and make data-driven improvements.

Talent Development:

  • Support the development and execution of succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business needs.
  • Communicate learning and development opportunities and successes across the organization.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and innovate learning experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Certification in DiSC or other personality assessments is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel to site locations as needed.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
