The Opportunity

As our Photographer you will have experience shooting several products including indoor, outdoor, hard and soft goods, models and pets in both studio and on location. Will achieve different styles of moods and lighting to capture product and editorial images that reflect the Grandin Road brand image.

Your Impact

• Capture high-quality product/editorial imagery and video footage while maintaining the Grandin Road brand standards.
• Knowledge of production from concept to output.
• Follow processes for photography and production, and find solutions to adjust to challenges.
• Represent the studio in meetings, collaborating and communicating with teams from Merchandise, Digital, Creative, Finance and planning.
• Manage workflow of assistants, freelancers and stylist to manage all logistical details to ensure Style Guides are being followed (Stay on Brand), and within budget..
• Ability and knowledge to safely use heavy commercial grade photography and grip equipment.
• Maintain general knowledge of Media Bank to update studio shot lists and follow the naming convention guide to ensure all files are named correctly.
  
  

What You Bring

• Minimum Education: BFA in PhotographyExcellent technical understanding of photography, proficiency in digital photography,
• 3+ years of Commercial photography related experience
• Digital camera operation, DSLRs and med/large formats with digital backs
• Experience with Video capture, composition, lighting, and stories needed to complete an edited video.
• Experience with Media Bank.
• Software knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite, Capture 1, digital asset and archival management, archival and media storage
