We are seeking a diligent Pick/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to company procedures.
Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Label and weigh packages correctly.
Keep detailed records of picked and packed orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report any inventory discrepancies or quality issues to management.
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a picker/packer or similar position is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for order processing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management skills.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
