Location: The Prescott Apartments, Austin, Texas

Responsibilities:
Maintain efficient operation and upkeep/cleanliness of the property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
Execute daily upkeep/cleanliness tasks including trash pickup and snow removal (if applicable)
Report any unusual circumstances or issues regarding the property or residents
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Keep logs and records as necessary
Ensure a safe work environment and report any safety concerns to supervisory personnel
Properly care for and maintain personal and company-owned tools
Uphold exceptional customer service and prioritize resident satisfaction
Operate within OSHA standards
Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal development
Communicate maintenance supply needs to supervisory personnel
Participate in property preventative maintenance plan
Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
1-3 months of related experience preferred
Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills & Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License required
