Review / validation documents for CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss)
Review / validation Financial Covenants
Assist and support seniors and PAD managers with varies tasks and projects
Coordinate / support Assets Quality Meeting
Assist quarterly CRE Annual Review and Quarterly QCC
Obtain weekly payment delinquency report from CRAD and distribute to respective lending units for review and follow-up
Communicate with lending units on any comments / recommendation for reviewed loans and portfolios
Monitor property tax delinquent loans
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Required: Able to read, write, communicate in a professional manner with all levels of management
Required: Able to use a computer with minimal to no assistance necessary
Required: Detail oriented and organized with little to no supervision
Required: Some knowledge of general lending policies with regards to risk
Required: Some basic cash flow understanding for basic cash flow analysis
Preferred: Experienced knowledge in credit analysis
Preferred: Familiar with risk rating analysis
Preferred: Able to perform cash flow analysis
Preferred: Understanding of lending monitoring practices, including payment and insurance delinquencies
The salary range for this full-time position is $28.85/hr - $33.66/hr+ bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
