Responsibilities
Research competitor products in the market
Review and analyze current product design
Establish SKU sequence and review BOMs for accuracy
Establish make-sheets including manufacturing directions, labeling, packaging
Work directly with marketing to set up marketing and technical literature
Train Sales, Marketing, and support personnel on products
Collaborate with international counterparts to ensure product market range
Produce training videos and power points to aid Sales teams
Monitor and analyze slow moving inventory
File and monitor all technical data and lot traceability records
What You Should Have
3 years Product Development experience in manufacturing, ideally in PPE
Effective and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent organization skills
Ability to analyze data and formally present results
Ability to manage multiple projects through to completion
Confidence analyzing data sets and generating reports
Ability to utilize and read measurement devices
A desire to help others achieve their best
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
An eye for details
Bachelor's degree
