You'll manage team members, adjust assignments to meet targets, and collaborate with various departments to meet customer deadlines. You'll also conduct safety and quality checks, resolve downtime issues, and participate in recruitment and employee development processes.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
4+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, including managing people/projects.
