Responsibilities

US Citizenship Required.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the deployment team overseeing all aspects of enrollment center deployment scheduling for all new Federal sites including setting schedule, communication with affected parties, document recording and filing, and monitoring progress of projects.

  • Candidate will build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other groups and departments involved in projects leveraging superb communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, reports will be created, maintained, and presented to upper management to document progress, status, and risks of projects.
  • Assists in coordinating all of the scheduling tasks related to an Enrollment Center deployment in new and existing networks including communications to the PMO team, the Training team, the Field Service resources, and EC Operations resources.
  • Responsible for setting the schedule for all onsite deployment efforts for new networks in conjunction with the various resource teams.
  • Serves as the POC for all communication from all resource teams for any onsite deployment tasks.
  • Creation and delivery of presentations.
  • Data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, colleagues, and other project stakeholders
  • Experience overseeing all aspects of project schedule including setting deadlines, communicating responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects
  • MS Office and SharePoint knowledge desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree recommended
  • 4+ experience working as a project team lead
  • Experience overseeing all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects
  • Experience preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects
