The Project Controls Manager 1 is responsible for the general administration of all Manhattan project controls practices and policies within their region. In this role, the Project Controls Manager is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the operating platform for Manhattan and ensuring all regional projects embrace and incorporate new and existing operational guidelines into everyday performance. This position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads process of onboarding and training regional operations personnel with regards to systems training
Provides ongoing training to enable project teams to operate in accordance with company standards and Manhattan Guiding Principles
Provides operational support to the Project Directors and Project Teams
Monitor Key Performance Indicators in various PM Systems
Monitor software standards and training for company
Project Management System Administration
Assists teams to manage standards for general conditions, cash flow tracking, and schedule standards
Participates in monthly project status reviews to ensure that projects remain compliant
Job Cost Budget Review and Approvals within region
Assists with Project Performance Review process within region
Works with Project Accountants and Project Managers to create and monitor billing forecasts and change management
Ability to analyze, identify and resolve issues with various PM Systems
Assist in the review and potential rollout new software
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Math or equivalent
5 years of industry experience
