This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Forman Technology. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with project coordination, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved, resources are allocated efficiently, and deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking project progress, communicating with stakeholders, and identifying and resolving project-related issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and PhotoShop), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.
Previous experience in project coordination or related field is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
