Description
The Project Coordinator will work as the primary liaison between New Product Development and Factory Manufacturing. The Project Coordinator will focus on management of multiple projects through the NPD process. This position requires a passionate and motivated individual to drive product improvement and excellence throughout the NPD process.

The Project Coordinator will work as the primary liaison between New Product Development and Factory Manufacturing. The Project Coordinator will focus on management of multiple projects through the NPD process. This position requires a passionate and motivated individual to drive product improvement and excellence throughout the NPD process.

- Coordinate project initiatives across different departments
- Work with other members of the product development team to translate customer requirements into engineering product specifications and set development plan
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills while at the same time able to bond with team to motivate and maintain workflow and timelines
- Lead R&D and cross – functional project team meetings to discuss project status, requirements, and set direction
- Coordinate New Product Development Schedule
- Coordinate Engineering Change Requests schedule
- Coordinating Manufacturing engineering projects schedule
- Develop and maintaining standardization for documentation control

- Previous experience in lean manufacturing concepts, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient and detail orientated with engineering documentation
- Can effectively communicate cross functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
- PMP Certification; preferred
- 1- 3 years of experience in a project coordinator capacity
- Previous experience managing smart sheets
- Previous experience in document control
