Responsibilities
Audit Invoices
Manage Fleet Accounts
Review vendor pricing and part numbers
Source new vendor and products and methods that can save the company money
P O requisitions for R+L
Work with the Roberts Truck Parts Buyers
Work the vendors to explained the services they provide
Work with the R+L and Fleet Managers
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience with auditing invoices and purchasing processes.
Renegotiate and update vendor pricing
Experience with inventory usage and spending.
Experience with shipping and receiving.
LTL experience a plus!
Customer service experience a plus!
