ABOUT THE JOB

As the Regional Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and executing Wis-Pak’s talent acquisition strategy. You will collaborate with business leaders to meet the evolving hiring needs of our organization, develop scalable recruiting strategies that enhance employee engagement, and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. From workforce planning to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers, you’ll lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process for a wide range of salary and hourly roles within your assigned region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement market-specific recruitment campaigns; conduct market research and utilize local market trends and data to create customized strategies.
  • Leverage all available recruitment resources (i.e., college, grassroots, military, and community partnerships).
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, Boolean searches, social media, networking, referrals, and other platforms and methods.
  • Develop and execute college recruiting strategies for assigned geographies.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with Marketing department to build and maintain digital and social media recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Define, steward, and market Wis-Pak brand, and actively seek opportunities to share our story with local communities.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company.
  • Coordinate and manage interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers in interview preparation. Select and make hiring recommendations.
  • Create and maintain a ‘Recruiting Toolbox’ and a ‘Resource Repository’.
  • Report weekly and monthly recruitment efficiency and effectiveness, including key measurements and metrics
  • Cultivate and nurture a strong network of contacts and diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Manage relationships with recruiting sites, third party recruiting/staffing agencies.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to recruitment.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Previous experience in a staffing agency or recruiting firm is desirable
  • Expertise in social media platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Expertise in HRIS (ADP preferred)
  • Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting assessments in the hiring process is a PLUS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
