Position Overview
As a Retail Operations Associate, you will be a versatile and integral member of the retail team, contributing to the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Your role encompasses various aspects of retail, including communication, reporting, and administrative duties. You are exceptionally organized and play a proactive role in understanding our end customers’ needs – our retail stores & stylists.
Maintain and evolve our intranet, this includes extreme organization of retail initiatives and programs, updating any standard operating procedures, and archiving evergreen content
Maintain the Retail Calendar inclusive of all Retail activity: product launches, operational tasks, development milestones and field deployments
Ensure Field content is engaging, and comprehensive and addresses all the necessary details for store execution
Able to analyze Retail data and KPIs and provide a comprehensive summary of the metrics
Will partner closely with cross-functional teams, specifically Marketing Operations and BrandX
May work with external vendors on occasion for ad-hoc projects
Responsible for maintaining store information via the Oracle Retail Merchandising System and Salesforce
Stay informed about enterprise programs and special programs to develop retail communication
Manage retail parking and storage accounts in partnership with local facilities and our Real Estate Team
Manage correspondence, emails and other communication as directed
Coordinator and planning support for quarterly/annual offsites and meetings
Requirements
Proven knowledge of the Retail industry
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong Organization and Multi-tasking skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Office and SharePoint
SmartSheet Experience is preferred
