Revenue Cycle Management Financial Analyst.

What will your day look like?

Revenue Analysis:

• Conduct detailed analysis of revenue cycle performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with revenue cycle and finance teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Analyze and streamline billing, coding, and collections processes to maximize revenue.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial reports related to revenue cycle performance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.

Data Management:

• Utilize data analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy within financial systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with billing, collections, and finance teams to resolve revenue cycle issues.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or financial analysis in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and financial software.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
