Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer at EyeOTmonitor. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with clients, and driving sales. Their day-to-day tasks will include demonstrating product capabilities, assisting with installation and onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, outbound sales initiatives including cold calling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
