Sales Operations Manager - Up to $150K +Bonus +Commission!

Revolutionary medical device company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager (hybrid) with medical device sales experience. The Sales Ops Manager will manage sales processes, analyze data for new opportunities and execute strategies to improve sales. This role will work closely with hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers to negotiate terms and contracts. Key responsibilities include managing CRM tools; generating sales reports, key metrics, pipeline development and revenue forecasts; collaborating with members of sales leadership to develop forecasts and goals; developing sales budgets; recruiting and hiring sales team and coaching sales reps on achieving targets; and collaborating with other internal departments to align sales strategies with business objectives. To be considered for this opportunity you must have 5+ years in sales operations/management; strong analytical skills (sales metrics, methodologies, strategic planning); solid leadership and coaching skills; and proven ability to drive processes and sales strategies.
