What will your day look like?
Financial Management:
Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes.
Cost Accounting:
Develop and implement cost accounting procedures and controls.
Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights to management.
SAP Expertise:
Utilize SAP for financial reporting, cost analysis, and process improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP system.
Operational Efficiency:
Collaborate with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial performance.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with finance and operations teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters.
Who are you?
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management and cost accounting.
Hands-on experience with SAP is essential.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial reporting and cost analysis.
Personal Attributes:
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
