To successfully perform this job, an individual must satisfactorily execute each essential duty. The requirements for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Functional proficiency with at least 2+ full life cycle SAP implementations and 6+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in SAP Materials Management and Plant Maintenance.
Strong functional analyst experience in SAP MM, and extensive knowledge of Purchasing Master Data, Inventory Management, Material Valuation, and integration with FI and PM
Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must. Understanding and writing business requirements documents are core to the position.
Facilitate meetings as well as prepare coordination and communications with business units
Be a trusted advisor, helping the business make better, informed decisions by presenting relevant SAP solution alternatives for key challenges; evaluate business and system impact of proposed changes
Experience in defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple activities, with flexibility to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
Strong skills in tracking, coordination, and project planning.
Ability to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
Demonstrated initiative with the commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry.
