Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead to join our team at our Lisle office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud and proficiency in at least one of the following modules: Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling, Materials Management, Production Planning, or Plant Maintenance. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to business requirements
Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud deployment and integration
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA implementation and post-go-live support
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries
Continuously update and enhance SAP S/4HANA skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Proficiency in at least one SAP S/4HANA module: Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling, Materials Management, Production Planning, or Plant Maintenance
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders
Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in SAP environments
Ability to work on-site at our Lisle office with no remote option
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus
