Corporate Development and Strategy Analyst Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic initiatives to elevate revenue and broaden margins.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to uncover untapped potential aligned with our company's focus.
- Conduct due diligence to assess strategic acquisition prospects.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure alignment with our overarching business goals.
- Utilize varied perspectives and resources effectively to chart the most advantageous paths forward.
- Employ advanced financial modeling techniques for forecasting, valuation, and informed decision-making.
- Apply statistical modeling and analysis to extract actionable insights from vast datasets.
- Lead economic analyses and decision frameworks for significant capital ventures.
- Manage M&A initiatives with precision and foresight.
- Effectively communicate with senior executives, peers, and external partners.
- Partner with our CEO/CFO to assess performance, develop strategic plans, and address areas for improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; preference for candidates with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) focusing on finance, strategy, or general management.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, operations, finance, product management, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
- Proficiency in financial data modeling with a keen interest in big data analytics and statistical modeling.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization and BI tools is advantageous.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various leadership levels towards common goals.
- Expertise in managing change within complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrated understanding of business functions and their interconnections.
- Utilize broad operational knowledge to effectively manage cross-functional assignments.
