The Opportunity

The LYNX Commercial Strategy team tackles the most complex and impactful commercial challenges, global transactions, and turnarounds across diverse industries. We're a team of seasoned industry professionals with backgrounds in strategy and commercial operations, acting as trusted advisors to our clients.

As a Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Leading project teams that deliver successful outcomes for clients
• Driving value through corporate strategy, go-to-market strategies (including digital), commercial operating models, and optimization of sales, service, marketing, and pricing functions
• Identifying and quantifying sustainable value through revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and margin improvement
• Developing both business opportunities and the careers of your team members
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR a graduate degree and 7+ years of experience (MBA preferred)
• Significant experience in transactions (buy-side or sell-side) management consulting
• Expertise in corporate/BU strategy development, commercial functions, go-to-market strategy, revenue synergy design/capture, market landscape evaluation, and pre-deal strategy
• Proven ability to lead and manage in complex business environments
• Strong negotiation, influencing skills, and relationship-building capabilities
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% on short notice
