This position is responsible for providing leadership and accountability for the respective Professional Services practice to ensure successful delivery of all Professional Service engagements. This Position supports executing the strategic vision of the Enterprise Solutions Department to ensure performance standards and project deliverables are aligned with the overall company vision, plan, and core values.
Essenial Duties & Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the Professional Services practice to ensure client satisfaction with the delivery of our solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the overall Enterprise Services department standards, processes, and training.
Ensure adherence to and help develop standards for consistent delivery of Professional Services.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Act as an escalation point for customer issues related to Professional Services.
Participate with sales and business development in support of RFPs as needed.
Act as a third point of escalation point for customer issues related to Professional Services.
Own with financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting for all the practice.
Responsible for overseeing $0 Project Change Requests/Budget Overruns for practice.
Proactively communication financial issues and trends to department leadership and finance.
Research and implement industry best practices for Professional Services operations to improve efficiency.
Participate on the Professional Services Leadership Team to include providing data, information, knowledge, expertise, etc. as required.
Have direct supervisory, leadership and mentoring responsibilities for Services Directors in accordance with company strategy, vision, and core values.
Provide input on hiring/disciplinary actions for team members.
Complete performance evaluations for team members.
Minimum Qualifications (education And Experience)
Bachelors degree or minimum of 10+ years of related experience to disciplines of Professional Services.
