Senior Mechanical Engineer

A prominent leader in design and construction services is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their collaborative organization. This person will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions for a diverse range of mechanical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems for large commercial and government projects.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and performance.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to project presentations.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their growth within the organization.

Background Profile:

• BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, government project experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, and independently.
• Some travel will be required.
