The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and/or trade labor. Responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
Develop and implement remedies to address cost overruns or schedule slippages
Advisor to the Project Director and Project Manager
Implements and enforces Company risk management policies and procedures
Knows and implements the terms of the owner contract documents, and all subcontracts and their scopes
Inspection of Contractor or (Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract
Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager
Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager
Oversee quality program
Develop and manage schedules and ensure all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
Manage self-perform features of work
Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Assists with PreCon/Estimating phase of the project
Assures necessary permits are secured and inspections occur
Reviews and verifies all Requests for Information (RFIs)
Reviews and approves submittals for processing
Reviews cost reports to assure they reflect accurate quantities and work put in place
Attend project status report reviewing
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
13 years of industry experience
Managed two projects in excess of $25 million
Experience with hyperscale mission critical construction
