Project Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for one of our clients. This project blends creativity, analytics, and a casual yet driven environment to rapidly bring new products and services to market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain high-quality software utilizing top-tier tools.
  • Collaborate with QA, product management, and operations within an Agile framework.
  • Engage in resolving production issues and spearhead efforts toward solutions.
  • Enhance a high-performance production environment to ensure increasing system reliability.
  • Showcase your work through our tech blog and at both internal and external conferences.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficient in advanced SQL writing.
  • Proven experience with SFTP activities.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex data sets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience as an Analyst/Developer.
  • Knowledgeable in requirements engineering and tools:
  • Elicitation, analysis, specification, and requirements management.
  • Interpreting technical aspects of Use Cases, User Stories (vertical slicing), Business Processes, and UML.
  • Traceability matrix.
  • Experienced with SQL Server, SQL scheduling (SQL Server Integration Services), and reporting services.
  • Skilled in SQL, including building and modifying scripts.
  • Experienced with Stored Procedures, Functions, Database Triggers, data loading, export/import, and backup/restore.
  • Knowledgeable about Relational Databases, Tables, Views, DML, and DDL.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Experienced in creating and managing Change Requests.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate and build consensus.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, including the SCRUM framework and Kanban.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in navigating and understanding programs written in .NET, VB, C#, and C++.
  • Familiar with MS Azure DevOps.
  • Healthcare Payer Experience.
  • Understanding Enrollment, Membership processes.
  • Understanding of Claims processing.
