Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Sales, overseeing traditional, national account, and commercial sales channels within our Windows Business Unit. In this key leadership role, you will drive strategic initiatives to meet financial objectives and collaborate closely with the windows leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all sales channels and the company.
Establish annual sales plans and regional budgets to support revenue targets.
Lead and coordinate the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Represent our company at industry events and trade shows.
Mentor and empower sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Manage multiple projects with effective prioritization and execution.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful track record in sales management.
In-depth knowledge of business operations in the building materials manufacturing sector.
Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to customer service.

Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent Master's degree is preferred.
7-10 years of relevant experience in sales, product management, or marketing within the consumer durable products industry.
Proven track record in developing sales channels, building long-term customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Travel Requirement: Approximately 50%
