What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support service delivery with assigned clients using C?Track solutions in a production environment
• Manage and deliver on service level agreements with assigned clients
• Provide direct telephone support to customers and maintain positive customer relationships
• Serve as a conduit between clients and internal operations and software development team
• Travel to client sites as needed to support project activities, training, and go-lives
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience resolving technical issues in a customer service environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite
• Strong customer service skills in a remote working environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to groups
